What we’ve done at Moogsoft is build a family — a family of fearless innovators, curious explorers, and humble, fun-loving people who are ready to get to work on tackling IT’s next big revolution. Today, we’ve made another great stride toward the goal of delivering the system of guarantee to the world’s digital experience.
Hot on the heels of our Series D funding, it’s my pleasure to welcome to the Herd yet another group of individuals who bring diverse and unique skill-sets to the table, and are willing to take risks. These new leaders have histories of producing exemplary levels of work, they bring unmatched knowledge and experience to engineering and product marketing functions, and together with the existing leadership team, will help take our product and business to the next level.
Ranvir Wadera – VP, Engineering (ex-Splunk)
Not once, not twice, but three different times, Ranvir has helped take a company from $50M to over $1B in revenue. If that doesn’t prove his level of dedication, know-how, and unmatched work ethic, I’m not sure what does. These experiences have also allowed him to build up an arsenal of knowledge around the variety of product issues many companies face throughout their growth process, and how to combat those challenges (or, in some cases, bypass them completely).
Udi Gotlieb – VP, Product Marketing (ex-ServiceNow)
Udi brings more than 25 years of experience in the IT Ops space — beginning as a practitioner and IT engineering director. This gives him a unique perspective on impactful product marketing for enterprise cloud and software solutions. He has an impressive history of building teams, programs, and systems to support fast-growing businesses, and we plan to harness those skills to the fullest as we rapidly evolve the AIOps market. The Moogsoft story will only be stronger because of Udi’s work.

You may have noticed something similar in the individuals I’ve highlighted above — they both have a track record of growing enterprises through the building of relationships, both internally and externally. This falls hand-in-hand with our current goal at Moogsoft, which is continual leadership of the AIOps revolution. I’m confident that Ranvir and Udi will help our company achieve these goals far into the future.
